What is Indirect Contact? 

Our indirect service is used where one parent cannot know the address of the other, but can send gifts and letters. The items are posted to us and checked for inappropriate content before forwarding to the child. 

  
How much does it cost? 

Referral Fee £70 (usually paid by the Non-Resident Parent, unless otherwise agreed). This is invoiced once both parties have responded to the referral. 

Indirect contact £10 (per e-mail sent) 
Cards/letters £10, plus postage costs 
Gifts £10 for a gift card or up to 3 presents, plus postage

All items are sent by recorded delivery.

Referral requirements

If you would like to request our Indirect Contact Service, please provide the following information: 

• Adult name 
• Adult address 
• Adult phone number 
• Name(s) of the child/children and their dates of birth 
• When and how often the indirect contact will take place 
• Whether there is a Court Order in place (please send a copy if so) 
• Contact details of the other parent/party or professional involved 
• Any additional information relevant to the indirect contact
