A Wonderful Evening of Fun, Friendship and Fundraising 

In July 2026, Vollans Mediation generously hosted a fundraising quiz night in support of The Vine Child Contact Centre, and what a memorable evening it was.
 
Bringing together volunteers, supporters, and professionals from across Leeds, the event was filled with laughter, friendly competition and a shared commitment to supporting children and families. Guests enjoyed a brilliantly organised quiz, complete with creative challenges that kept everyone entertained throughout the evening. One particularly memorable round put participants' taste buds to the test as teams attempted to identify different crisp flavours, sparking plenty of discussion and laughter along the way.
 
Adding to the fun was a fantastic auction of homemade cakes, generously baked and donated by supporters. The enthusiasm and generosity shown throughout the evening helped make the event a great success.
 
We have worked closely with Vollans Mediation for many years and are incredibly grateful for their continued partnership and support. Their dedication to helping families navigate change and maintain positive relationships reflect values that are closely aligned with our own, making this collaboration especially meaningful.
 
The evening also provided an opportunity to celebrate our volunteers, who truly are the heartbeat of The Vine. Their compassion, commitment, and willingness to give their time make a lasting difference to the children and families we support. It was wonderful to spend time together, recognising their contribution and sharing in the success of the evening.
 
As well as raising valuable funds, the event enabled us to share the impact of our work and our hopes for the future. It was encouraging to connect with individuals and organisations who share our passion for strengthening families and supporting children across Leeds. Events like this help build relationships, encourage collaboration, and create stronger networks of support within our community.
